Support – issue tracker + task manager + modules manager
In this month we launched a beta version of our new Customer Relation Manager (CRM) system intented to help with technical support and other related services rendered by our company. Registered Voipswitch customers can log in to the system using their login/password pair (the same as for the previous CRM version).  From this level they can browse thru the account setup, see purchased items associated with the account, request new softphone dialer, changing IP address or other requests.  The part of the CRM is also a ticket system where users can post issues and then monitor the progress, communicate with assigned support engineer and receive emails on completion.
